The document details the operating procedures for each adventure tourism activity, responds to current technical standards and is mandatory for our leaders. The manual is constantly updated.
Contingency
Plan
We have one for each route we operate; the objective is to identify the risks and dangers associated with the climate, geography, and the activity to be carried out, establishing prevention and action measures according to the resources and existing personnel.
Medical
Record
The form collects vital information from participants, such as blood type, allergies, and other data that we handle under strict confidentiality, but that will allow us, if necessary, to provide adequate medical care.

Kit
Personalized to the needs of our client‘s thanks to the information obtained from the medical record. Its Content also complies with the provisions of the Security Regulations for the condition of the Adventure Tourist Service RVM-03-2018
Certified
Equipment
The equipment and materials that we use in adventure activities have UIAA, CE, and EN international certification and standards in their design and manufacture, guaranteeing the quality and resistance of the products.
Specialized
Personal
Our leaders and instructors are highly qualified professionals. They have +10 years of work experience. Training is renewed every two years in the activities they lead, in first aid and customer service.
